• Assisted in migrating over 20 applications to module federation, which improved code maintenance and reduced the time to market, allowing for weekly releases instead of several weeks.
• Improved accessibility at Celonis by hosting workshops, implementing Axe tooling to capture errors early in development, and creating a framework for identifying and fixing accessibility errors.
• Resolved accessibility issues in our product, saving $2.5 Million for Celonis, as the client agreed to sign the contract to work with Celonis and adopt the product.
• I helped promote the adoption of Angular's strict template and TypeScript strict mode across all applications within our monorepo, which contains around 3 million lines of code. By implementing strict mode, we reduced over 100,000 silent errors related to null and undefined values in our application.
• Reduced our bundle size by over 15MB gzipped (50MB unminified) by refactoring and removing a legacy library that added 800KB of JavaScript code to every app in our module federation setup.
• Increased the adoption of Nx and Angular among our 30+ teams, comprising over 200 developers, by hosting in-person and online internal workshops. This initiative enhanced our developers' productivity when using Nx and Angular.
• I supported multiple teams at Celonis by assisting with projects owned by other groups. My contributions included conducting code reviews, upgrading the Angular version, implementing CI/CD processes for improved release management, and introducing tools like Storybook, Nx, and Cypress for component testing.
• Reduced our build time from over 60 to under 20 minutes by eliminating circular dependencies, dead code, and legacy code. This improvement also decreased build and test time locally for all developers

• Identified performance bottlenecks within clients' design systems, which improved confidence among the teams adopting it. As a result, more teams began using the design system developed and maintained by the tooling team.
• I improved the code architecture to enhance build time and increase code reusability. This involved refactoring our core libraries, ultimately reducing our bundle size from 32 Mb to 6Mb when unzipped. By making these changes, I saved the team $10 million, the amount an external contractor had requested for similar work.

• I assisted in migrating the client's codebase to Nx, which involved creating over 150 libraries and restructuring the codebase. I played a key role in architecting the migration process.
• After taking over the client codebase, I resolved all circular dependencies, which significantly improved the build time and enhanced the adoption of Nx.
