• Led the setup of Support Engineering Org by defining L1 (monitoring, basic troubleshooting), L2 (ELK-based diagnostics, preliminary RCA), and L3 (bug fixes) responsibilities, streamlining ticket flow to ensure only L3 issues reached developers—resulting in 6 man-months of SDE bandwidth savings.
• Set up DevOps Org by hiring a lead and building the team; introduced Devtron to enable self-serve Kubernetes deployments with built-in CI/CD, security, and approval workflows—offloading infra tasks from developers and saving 3 man-months of bandwidth.
• Moved the Automation suites to 80% testcase coverage by using Test Containers with actual k8s containers of other Services & DBs instead of Mocking, Manual regression testing earlier. Later made sure any new Services follow the same process.
• Simplification of Products using a Customer-driven approach by making flow changes, deletion of features.
