• I was in the team that is responsible for Comcast CRM, which is a piece of customer relationship management software. I led the effort to build a feature that allows users to easily keep track of business needs. My responsibilities included the initial research, planning and managing the project, designing the feature, creating wireframes, and writing out our specs.
