Failed Experiences - 1. Content Writing - During the 2nd Year of my Engg. Course, started with Content Writing But Got Bored as Hell, Did not even last 4 Months. Lesson Learnt - Do Something that you Enjoy! 2. 3rd Year Engineering - After almost topping in Class the 1st Year, the efforts to reward ratio seemed unsatisfying. 12 hours of studying each day for a year, unable to top the class, and managed only 63%. Lesson Learnt - Effort to Reward Ratio Should be Good. Also saved me from Going for Masters. Which is why I am here today. learning ever faster than before. 3. MLM (Corporate Infocom) Joined the train of MLM trend. Got 4 close friends to join in, under my Tree but it felt as if I was looting them. They were unable to get the ROI and that crushed me. Felt this is a money looting system, not built for me. Tried for 6 months. Lesson Learnt - Effort to Reward Ratio was Negligible. Never to Join an MLM in Future. Accidentally Learnt How to Make Websites & SEO through their Course. 4. ReviewsManiac - The Unbiased Review Guide Thought of using the skills I learnt to use and started ReviewsManiac. Did write posts for 4 years but occasionally. It was more of a hobby. Lesson Learnt - Introduced me to Digital Marketing & Affiliate Marketing 5. Ecommerce Platforms Selling products like Memory Cards & Footwear on eBay & Amazon Was Doing Really good Business, Considering I was a 3rd Year Engineering Student But got too monotonous and Dropped the Idea to continue with it, after 2 years. Lesson Learnt - Got exposure to the Ecomm Platforms and How to deal with Suppliers. 6. Digital Marketing & Web Development Company - Well This I started right after my BTech. Tied up with Friend to Code while I looked after getting clients. Had a friend as my first client and well that was the end of it, Lasted 3 Months. Lesson Learnt - Select 1 Field & Stick to It. 7. Cab Service Company - Had my best friend as a Partner, made few wrong Decisions which broke our friendship. Lesson Learnt -Do Not Start Companies with Best Friends when you cannot commit with Time. Recommended Age - 35+ Yrs (When you are much Mature to Handle Things) Do Not Hold on to Dreams of The Future. Still own the Cab After 3.5 Yrs, sitting idle.
