I am a Product Leader with 10 years of expertise leading teams to build and scale revenue, retention and growth for products across social networking, e-commerce marketplace and healthtech startups (0-1-10). I have been a part of Product Leadership at Betterhalf.ai (matchmaking, YC W21, Series A) for 4.5 years & built the mainstream matchmaking product from scratch and scaled it to $2M ARR (30X growth), and an industry best D-30 Retention of 30% (4X Growth). Also, built and scaled an Astrology product/category from scratch, to a revenue of INR 15 L/month in a span of 6 months. Built and scaled a personal loan vertical with Niro Money integration, disbursing Rs. 2 Cr+ worth of loans in 8 months. Prior to this, I have built products which cater to the health management of people dealing with chronic illnesses like Diabetes etc. at Lifecare Health (Product Leadership, Series B Nexus & Elevation Capital, 2.5 years), leading to a 10X growth in medicine order and lab test bookings, doctor consultations by 7X, while building the end-to-end order fulfillment experience. I spent 2.5 years building logistics, fulfillment and merchant experience products in the e-commerce managed marketplace at Shopclues (Tiger Global & Nexus, Series-E). At Betterhalf.ai, I built the entire product and design team from scratch consisting of senior product managers and senior product designers, and also directly hired diverse engineering, retention, growth and engagement teams.
