I build products (many using AI) that transform data into decisions and insights into competitive advantage. Currently leading product management at Maersk, where I'm driving the integration of generative AI and LLMs into analytics and business intelligence platforms. I've built payment systems, e-commerce experiences, and analytics products used by thousands.   • Refunds Contact Reduction: Doubling down on speed of refunds and working with PGs to set up automated refund reconciliation. 40% drop in reactive refund contacts.
