Growth Hacker

  • During my MBA summer internship, I had the incredible opportunity to dive into the world of growth hacking for a dynamic and rapidly expanding D2C FMCG startup called Country Delight. My main responsibility was overseeing referral and organic conversion metrics, which led me to work on some pretty cool projects:
  • ∙Managed and optimised our referral campaigns via our omnichannel messaging platform partners to bring in more than 10,000+ new referrals and increased our repeat referral rates by 100bp
  • ∙Conceptualised launched and managed E2E- 3 new referral marketing initiatives that brought in further 11,000+ new referrals into the funnel
  • ∙Achieved a 25% increase daily referral rates above baselines via an algorithmic drop off capturing campaign.
  • ∙ E2E owned the conceptualisation and launch of all the campaign creatives, user surveys and feedback calls to identify gaps in our campaigns.
  • ∙ I also volunteered to be a Customer Support Agent when we were short staffed and processed over a 100 calls to satisfactory resolution (best part of corporate-customer interaction).
  • Honestly, my time at Country Delight was an unforgettable experience. I feel so lucky to have been a part of a company that managed to thrive and grow even during the global downturn caused by the pandemic. Their amazing product, unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, and innovative problem-solving approach were truly inspiring.
  • And guess what? I even got a PPO so that was pretty sweet :)

  • My time as a social intern at Goonj was nothing short of incredible. I had the chance to work on a variety of projects that fell under Logistics and HR, each one offering unique opportunities for growth and impact.
  • One of the highlights was teaching computer skills like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Logo to the kids of the Goonj workers. Seeing their excitement as they learned new skills was absolutely priceless!
  • I also had the privilege of translating Goonj's Standard Operating Procedures into Hindi, making it easier for workers to understand and perform their duties with confidence.
  • As a history buff, I was thrilled to be part of curating a collection of coins from over 70 countries, generously donated by people from all around the world. The coins were to be displayed at the Goonj museum of heritage, preserving cultural artifacts for future generations.
  • Additionally, I helped organize donation camps and spread awareness about Goonj's mission. Being a part of an organization that was making a real difference in the world was an experience I'll never forget.
