General administrative responsibilities as needed. - Initial screening of experience for the purpose of Recruitment for the clients and the inhouse requirements of the company. - Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates. - Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes. - Monitoring and follow-up till final selection. - Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
