• Project: Disha – Creating Employment and Entrepreneurship Opportunities for Women in India
• Lead Design member at the Social Innovation Lab at IIT-Delhi (Department of Design) on a combined project by UNDC and IKEA. The Project is about increasing the number of women entrepreneurs in the rural parts of the country. Along with the team conducted the research by visiting the villages and interviewing women. Then mapped out the possible solutions of which one was designing a whole new brand "Matti" for women to sell handmade products. Here, I made field visit to the site where I got to execute full UX methodology with real users, and learned importance of team work in the design team.

• During the time when I actively used to do freelancing, I started a community platform called "Pecul", where we use to hold different community events like book clubs, travel, story-telling session, design discussion. It became a great ground for people like me to network, meet new people with common interest and learn new stuff.
• Along with that, I also created a "Zen community" and made a physical space, we call it "Zen Space", on my terrace.
• Here I got hands-on experience with industrial design/ space design and how to sustain a community around the specific cult.
