• Designed and developed key components of the Logistics Support Service within a microservices architecture, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design to production release and ongoing monitoring.
• Introduced Fleet Coaches’ ( a person responsible for assisting Delivery Partners ) data into the Rider App from scratch. This included working both as an Android and a Backend Developer. The outcome was a better weekly NPS from riders as well as reduction in ops’ team effort concerning rider-fleetcoach communication issues.
• Automated rider ticket resolution across multiple issue levels, resulting in reduced manual agent assignment. This led to a 5 lakh monthly profit increase by reallocating agent bandwidth to other critical

• Added Pre-sign URL generation and S3 file download functionality to a shared library, promoting the DRY principle and streamlining development across teams.
