Advocating for a more human approach to 'Human Resources.' I’m on a journey to become a people success strategist—combining the heart of an HR professional with the strategic mindset of a marketer. My foray into Talent and Employer Branding began at Metamorph (formerly Passion Connect), an incubated talent unit of Blume Ventures, India’s leading early-stage VC firm. As a one-person army, I established Employer Branding as a business unit and led the branding initiatives for Blume’s portfolio startups. From content writing and video production to analytics, employee interviews, and creative design—I wore many hats, gaining hands-on experience across the board. Earlier in my career, I was part of SDG Software India Pvt. Ltd. (SDG Corporation), a U.S.-headquartered cybersecurity firm, where I managed end-to-end recruitment for IT professionals, with a focus on cybersecurity. Beyond hiring, I co-led employer branding efforts, driving initiatives like enhancing SDG’s Glassdoor presence, fostering cross-team branding, and improving social media engagement.
