• I have started my journey in Scalene as a fresher where I got immense exposures to work as an HR . The journey of two year's is rich in upgrading knowledge and learn more about industry and work .
• In Scalene I have worked in Core HR where I deal with whole recruitment cycle , talent acquisition Sourcing the candidate from different portals, Screening , Scheduling , Onboarding , End to End Recruitment , Dealing with clients and more on .
• Worked for different clients like : Accenture ,BOSCH, Mahindra , Zensar etc...! Which provided me to learn more about both IT and Non IT skills and developed my interpersonal skills with my ability to build strong relationships ,great communication skills, passion for candidate care and years of experience in sourcing . I succeed in attracting and hiring great talent.
