About

Well, I have been associated with Jiny now Leap, for about 4 years now. I have been working with Kushagra and Sahil since the inception of the Idea of building a digital adoption assistant for mobile users. In these years I have worked across several verticals of core software development on mobile and microservices architecture along with hiring engineering folks, leading quality assurance as well as engineering excellence processes, which i will share as the discussion progresses in detail. My core KPI right now includes designing and developing the backend infrastructure along with releasing a bug-free product. Apart from this, I have been in the software development industry for about 5 years now. Prior to Jiny I was working in HealthVista, where I was campus hired and there I worked on developing skills on microservice architecture and android application development in m first 6 months and later on worked on their consumer Android application in which I was working on developing in-house IM protocols.

  • As a senior software engineer, I have a strong track record of independently leading the complete lifecycle of feature development—from design to deployment—across multiple platforms. I have successfully driven key product developments like the Mixpanel partner integration, Static Cohort architecture, and migration of mailing services, which led to cost reductions and system optimizations. I have consistently demonstrated technical leadership, improving performance, scalability, and security by implementing rigorous testing methodologies and reducing vulnerabilities to zero.
  • I have led cross-functional teams to deliver features with tight timelines in agile environments, contributing to projects like SDK Debugging, Capture Algorithm migration, and major integrations. My efforts in improving the Whatfix mobile infrastructure, including the SendGrid migration, resulted in significant cost savings and a more efficient system architecture.
  • With a passion for code quality and maintainability, I introduced and enforced coding best practices and cross-review processes, significantly reducing bugs and technical debt. Additionally, I spearheaded the automation of mobile SDK releases, cutting the release time from 1 week to just 2 hours.
  • I have actively contributed to Whatfix’s product strategy by collaborating with customers and internal teams, helping deliver quick go-lives and streamlining business processes. A strong believer in continuous learning, I have mastered multiple tech stacks, including Java, Swift, React JS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and others, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • As a mentor and technical leader, I’ve played a crucial role in team-building efforts, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams, and contributing to the hiring of engineers through interviews and mentorship. My focus on documentation, from design to deployment, has enhanced collaboration and knowledge transfer across the organization.
