• Led the Adobe Experience Manager implementation as a Scrum Master for the two largest PODs for the client. The PODs were a mix of a multi-vendor and client team. The Sapient team included on-shore and off-shore resources.

• Led the AEM implementation for the first eCommerce store at ADT with a team of AEM architect, AEM developers, Interactive developer, analyst, infrastructure specialist.
