• AIESEC is a global youth-run organization that focuses on leadership development in the youth through its cross-cultural exchanges and opportunities within the organization.
• My job role comprises of:
• Generated revenue of $187,000 with a growth of 98% from the previous year.
• Lead a remote team of 33 people across India and managed the training & consultancy for 500+ members across 33 cities in India.
• Conducted consultancy visits in 11 city markets and deliver customized product strategies which increased the sales by over 40%.
• Onboarded 10+ Turkish technology startups to provide internships for Indian students while on an official trip to Turkey.
• Developed a quantitative sales projection framework & dashboard using historical data on Microsoft Excel.
• Conducted gap and bottleneck analysis to identify current bottlenecks.
• Created data driven strategies to solve operational problems based on the insights from the analysis and projections.

• Educating, tracking and managing the membership for the department.
• Modeling and setting culture for a young and dynamic work-force.

• The sales of the product in the Chennai Local Chapter which I headed was Globally Number amongst all other Local Chapters all over the world.
• Lead the product sales to a growth of 387%

• Unmetric is an AI-powered brand-focused social media intelligence platform that helps companies, marketers, and agencies gather reliable social media data to perform better on social. Unmetric recently got acquired by Falcon. io, a unified SaaS platform that provides social media listening, advertising, engaging, publishing, and analytics. The following was my Job Description:
• Analysing vast chunks of data regarding the social media presence of brands over various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.
• Writing blog articles using WordPress based on data gathered from Unmetric's platform on the trends in the social media strategy and presence of brands to increase visibility on search engines.
• Write creative copy to Publish social content across social channels : Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
• Create InfoGraphics based on analysis of brand presence on social media platforms.
• Revamped and migrated the blog articles from the older source to a newer one to improve visibility on search engines.
• Used google analytics to analyse performance of blog articles on search engines.
