• and got it up to scale using integrations with in house and third party vendors for identity verification and background checks for South East

• Worked on solutioning OCR for reading Indonesian government issued IDs and improvements to the OCR system with respect to dataset at
• hand.
• Took up the problem of a long application approval time : from submission of documents to OVO account activation. Found bottlenecks
• and underperfoming processes and worked on removing redundant processes and subroutines and improving the performance of others; to
• eventually speed up the EKYC approval time by 190%.
