• Responsible for PO creation, PO modifications, and shipment tracking, Delivery
• checking.
• Responsible for getting the Quotations from new vendor.
• Coordinating with ODMs and suppliers for the Material Delivery details.
• Entering all the shipment details in system and notifying to respected person with

• Collecting orders for internal department and ODM requirements.
• Responsible for creating the DN# (Delivery note),and communicating with
• Wearhouse for shipment and recording the shipment details and tracking.
• Responsible for managing and allocating the Adopters and peripheral within the intel
• projects.
• Finding the AP shortages and collecting the demand from the PMs (program manager).
• Responsible Getting quotations and arranging the supplier meeting, participating in
• negotiations, and getting the final price.
• Coordinating with project team/ other departments and identify requirement of material
• particularly with accounts from budgetary perspective.
• Maintains the AP inventory’s, Updating all in and out transactions.
• Managing and Coordinating with Intel registered ODMs and monitoring intel project
• allocations.
• Responsible for tracking the Open request.
• Collecting the Demands and submitting the intel CPUs.
• Uploading all the shipping documents and item details in Intel System
