I’m an experienced IT Project & Service Delivery Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Application modernization & transformation programs across financial services and local councils. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex IT services, collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business/ customer goals & outcomes. Adept in Agile methodologies and enthusiastic about delivering continuous improvements through data driven decision making and insights. I am also hugely passionate about agile ways of working, data driven reporting and insights – tracking key metrics to strengthen delivery effectiveness, uplift service models and thereby enabling myself and my stakeholders to take more informed decisions. I am employed with HCL Australia as a Project Manger since Jan 2022. In my most recent role in CBA, I have had the opportunity to lead multiple Data transformation & AWS Cloud migration initiatives simultaneously and all delivered successfully within agreed scope, timelines and outcomes. My past experience with Aten Systems, NSW as a Project & Service Delivery Manager includes leading weekly project meetings with business leads, technical leads and management to review project status, milestones, resource planning, task dependencies and risk mitigation.
