I also hold a BA in English (Hons.) from IGNOU, where I graduated with a respectable 62%. My higher academic journey began in Humanities, and yes, I still know how to write a killer essay! I completed my 12th standard in ISC from Pramila Memorial Institute with a 78.5% in the same(Arts) stream and my 10th from St. Stephen's in ICSE with 75% marks. 💼 Professional Experience: I kicked off my career at Amazon as a Virtual Customer Service Associate, juggling between voice, chat, and email like a circus performer with flaming torches in the Indian, UK & Spanish marketplace. After that, I flexed my organizational muscles as a Virtual Assistant for a fitness influencer Khushbu Awatramani where I interned for her from June 2021 to August 2021, assisting her with various tasks while picking up basic skills of MS Excel, performing data entry, scheduling calls, calling clients, handling social media, and scheduling daily posts, stories, and zoom meetings. In my last job, I donned my Recruiter cape at Spectraforce Technologies as a US Non IT(Classes) Recruiter mainly recruiting Customer Service professionals, and prior to that at Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance also as an HR Recruiter, mastering the art of sourcing candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle - pairing talent with opportunity! Currently I am working as a BD-Marketing intern at Thermax Pune which is a joint collaboration with McKinsey&Company, alongside my PGDM in Marketing and Business Analytics from BIMTECH. 🛠️ Skills Galore: Communication? Check. Creativity? Double check. I’m the organized team player who believes a positive attitude and hard work is the secret ingredient to success.
