I’m a Product Manager passionate about designing simple, user-first experiences that make complex financial and platform products easy to understand and delightful to use. Over the past 5 years, I’ve built and scaled digital products across fintech, ed-tech, and social-tech, driving impact through data-driven experimentation and collaborative execution. At Federal Bank, I lead the roadmap for pre-approved and co-branded credit cards, working with analytics, risk, and engineering teams to turn business complexity into frictionless user journeys. Our initiatives have expanded the pre-approved base by 180% and scaled sourcing volumes by 170% YoY. Earlier, at Haqdarshak, I launched the Yojana Card, improving access to government schemes for low-tech users through voice-first UX and multilingual design. I’ve also led 0→1 product builds like Cunsult, a platform connecting users to verified experts - officially launched by Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari.
