My professional career spans over three decades, primarily across two Industries - Building materials and Consumer electronics. Initial formative years were spent in BPL-Sanyo and Philip, leading transnational Company's in the Consumer electronics category followed by a brief stint in Hyundai Elec. My strong desire to explore new industry domain and the zeal to take on new challenges stimulated me to venture into Building materials industry and join Greenply Industries Ltd one of the largest interior infrastructure company in India. After an eventful six years in Greenply I joined Aludecor one of the largest manufacturer of ACP in India and subcontinent market and Sintex Plastics the market leader in Water tanks and other industrial products. My final assignment before my superannuation in April 2022 was in Greenply again. My resume is a snap shot of my journey from “ implementing short term goals/objectives” to “ formulating strategic goals” over last three decades Post my superannuation in April 2022, I am now attached with three companies, in building materials and interior infrastructure space as an advisor to MD and Independent director and my role is primarily of a strategic mentor, and transformation catalyst aiding in unlocking value in business.
