Responsible AI & Guardrails: Establish governance and feature requirements to manage risk, including configuring safety settings, implementing content moderation guardrails, and promoting ethical use of GenAI applications across the platform.
III. Agentic & Copilot Solutions
Agentic Auto Quality Management(AI Quality Management): Lead the product development for the Agentic Auto Quality Management solution. Focus on designing the agent workflow logic, tool-calling mechanisms, and decision-making parameters that allow pre-trained LLMs to autonomously handle complex QA tasks.
Contact Center Coaching Copilot: Own the roadmap for the Contact Center Coaching Copilot. Deliver features that leverage LLMs for personalized coaching recommendations, and summarization, ensuring the Copilot directly drives improvements in agent KPIs (e.g., FCR, AHT, CSAT).
