I am excited to share my rich working experience of 7+ yrs in DuckCreek(Policy) with you all. For the last 3+ yrs, I have been working on DuckCreek OnDemand 8.0 and Express 3.0, with expertise in Pages, Forms, Manuscript Inheritance Design, Rating, and SQL scripts. My experience spans across multiple LOBs, including Personal, Commercial, and General Liability, and I am well-versed in implementation, enhancements, defect fixing, and estimation. In addition to my DuckCreek experience, I have also configured OKTA login in a DuckCreek Application and have implemented many AMI & NonAMI integrations in DuckCreek. My proficiency in Jira, Agile dashboard, Rally, and GitHub has helped me streamline the development process, and my .NET development(C#) skills enable me to create web and desktop applications with ease. I am also a Cognizant GenC/GenCNext Jury/Interviewer/Technical Panelist for Recruitment team from 2021, with extensive experience in taking 500+ technical & 50+ HR interviews, both on-campus and off-campus, virtual as well as visited campus. As the mentor for all Cognizant DuckCreek GenC batches, I’ve had the privilege of guiding early-career professionals through their onboarding and technical learning journey. My mentorship has been recognized and appreciated by Cognizant leadership, a testament to my commitment to nurturing talent and building strong, skilled teams. With a multidisciplinary academic background that includes an MCA, an MBA in Information Systems Management, and an M.Tech in Software Engineering, I bring both technical depth and strategic perspective to every initiative I lead or support. I have the experience of taking 50+ DuckCreek Policy technical interviews for Cognizant lateral hiring. I have also managed/led development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring project completion within deadlines. I am also a member of the Cognizant SocialBoost Team. Apart from my professional pursuits, I am passionate about Photography and Travel.
