I led a complete revamp of their website to improve both user experience and performance. I rebuilt the UI using React + Material UI, handled styling with CSS, and integrated backend/workflows using Firebase.
The biggest win: I pushed the site’s performance score up by ~94.72% through practical optimizations like reducing unnecessary re-renders, improving asset loading, and tightening overall frontend efficiency.
