• I am currently managing a team of Web UI developers, backend services engineer and mobile app developers. Since I have worked in multiple areas in my overall experience, that’s why I am able to manage projects/members with such a diverse technical spread.

• Managing one squad of Color Tools. Major features delivered here are color picker, global color panel, image recolor, geo trending colors, accessible color support etc.
• Managing another squad for LEAD project. This includes developing Android features in a new hybrid way (Native UI, interacting with Web UI and business logic). Key deliverables in V1 are home screen, asset picker and properties panel.
• Developed Photoshop Express community website in record 3 months with just 2 resources. This was developed in NextJS as framework for best growth path (based on learnings of SPA and SEO).
• Most recently I have delivered Color tools in Adobe Express (Color Picker, Global Color panel), and expanded Adobe Express’s support on Low End Android Devices via a combination of native/web UI. This later part was possible only when I hypothesized/built a PoC to show significant memory savings and performance improvements via hybrid approach (Native UI and web combined).

• Before Adobe Express work, migrated Adobe Color backend services to Ethos/Dockers as microservices from a monolith architecture. Along with architecture improvement, we included planned moved of storage here from SQL to NoSQL (Mongo), so that we have flexibility in APIs and storage for future expansion of different element types.
• In Adobe Color, apart from feature development, focused on its growth and customer centric metric. With SEO/growth experiments, increased the traffic of website from 600K per month to 1.7Million users in 2 years. And increased the customer NPS from 45 to 70 with better focus/closure of customer facing issues.

• Managed one squad of 7 member for Adobe Color Website and its associated backend services. Major feature delivered here were Growth focus to increase traffic, Accessible color support, Gradient color support and vector recolor etc.
• Managed another squad of 2 members for Adobe Capture mobile application. This included developing Android/iOS features of Logged out mode support, growth experiments, capture panel in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• Worked as quality Engineering manager as well in this period to manage a team of SDET and white box/black box testers.

• Worked on version1 of POSA service, which allowed adobe subscriptions to be sold through point-of-sale centers and online redemptions. This introduced me to AWS, NoSQL DB and backend services.
• After the subscription sell service, worked on v1 of DBCS service, in which we developed licensing services for managing license on devices (use case of school/university licenses).
• Worked in CCD and other licensing features in this duration, apart from ANS service.

• • Joined Adobe in 2007 and started working on AIR support on Linux. The work involved white box, automation, manual testing of action script-based features.
