• Zynga is a leading developer of the world's most popular social games such as Farmville, Zynga Poker etc - 80M+ users.
• In my HR role at Zynga, I achieved remarkable results by automating data entry and employee communication, reducing onboarding time significantly. I launched new employee benefits, fostered employee and leadership connections, ensured compliance, and restructured HR processes for remote work. Additionally, I automated critical functions, and contributed to vendor selection and implementation for relocation and immigration support, all of which enhanced operational efficiency and strengthened Zynga's HR practices.

• Conceptualized and led the automation of all data entry and employee communication through Workday to reduce average time from 40 min to 15 min, end to end Onboarding of 260+ employees

• At Villgro, I worked closely with the leadership team, President and CEO to drive significant HR initiatives. This included the design and implementation of a performance-linked incentive plan, recruitment and onboarding of employees across functions, extensive training efforts, and strategic retention initiatives. I also played a key role in revising and improving HR policies, contributing to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

• At Babajob, I was part of the founding HR operations team where I managed recruitment, onboarding, and induction over 40 employees weekly. I maintained a database for compensation, benefits, and engagement of 500+ employees. Additionally, I developed engagement initiatives, introduced a probation review process, and created an employee handbook with key HR policies, enhancing the overall employee experience.
