  • A daily practice of tool control and health and safety procedures as well as quality assessing, including strict legibility of paperwork, independent inspections of colleagues' work post completion prior to signatures and uncompromising attention to detail when following a technical instruction. All work carried out falls under a stringent quality assurance umbrella within a flight safety and flight critical environment.
  • I held 1st Signature responsibilities/authority following maintenance or servicing prior to the flight, meaning I could have been the first or last hands and eyes on an aircraft pre or post-flight.
  • Enrich junior engineers by mentoring them at work and with their studies to enhance their careers.
  • Lead sales/promotion teams at recruitment events and airshows internationally.
  • Yearly training in Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), human factors/ergonomics, emergency procedures, diversity & inclusion, and night/day health & safety.
  • Also trained as a Trauma Risk Management Practitioner (TRIM).
