  • Organised the Techsauce Cultural Summit 2019 which saw 500 attendees over 2 days.
  • Evaluate and proposed suitable Customer Relation Management (CRM) software solution that can scale to over 15000 attendees for the Techsauce Global Summit – I’ve explored different CRM systems, conducted load testing for scalability and usability. Ultimately, I came up with a suitable CRM recommendation for Techsauce. The team is currently using the CRM solution I’ve proposed.
  • Provided ongoing CRM support and CRM coaching workshops for the sales team – I hosted CRM consultation sessions and onboarding workshops to get the Techsauce sales team up to speed with the new CRM platform.
  • Exploration of event management software to streamline workflow – Similar to the CRM solution, I was put in charge of evaluating suitable event management software to increase our event planning process and event engagement. The average price for such software is US$30000. I narrowed the consideration from over 20 options to just 2 options. Based on my recommendations, my manager had also flown to Singapore to visit the software company as Techsauce approaches the final stages of the decision making process.
  • Streamline and semi-automate contacts and lead collection process – Improved lead collection workflow through the use of automation tools, leading to a 66% reduction in costs.
  • Analyse post-event feedback – To improve Techsauce Culture Summit for next year, I analysed the feedback we have received using NPS scoring and Tableau. The responses were put through sentiment analysis, voice of customer, emotion analysis, and text clustering models before being imported to Tableau.
  • Hosted a team of delegates from NTUC (National Trade Union Congress) – To bolster Hubba’s partnerships efforts in the ASEAN region, Hubba welcomed a team of delegates from NTUC to our head office. Desmond Choo, Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC and a member of the Singapore parliament was leading the delegation.
