• Responsible for growing, restructuring and developing the technical/development department. Implemented LEAN as a company-wide organizational and project model. Responsible for up to 37 employees organized in development and support/maintenance teams with a combined budget of up to 33MNOK. Part of the management team. Played a very active role in sales and account management. KAM for several of the largest clients.

• Worked as a Senior Consultant in Lava Group, a company specialising in (E)CMS. Lava Group was bought by Creuna in 2005.
• Managed a large BPM/Self Service project in the Telecom sector, establishing a SOA platform to enable cross-system automation.

• Hired to fill a key-role in a planned Nordic expansion. This was later reversed and the company focused on their core market. Expanded and led a successful sales organization helping secure a very strong year-to-year growth and a best in industry EBIT every single year.

• Sense was the first telco to challenge the duopoly (Telenor/NetCom) when it got the first license in Norway as a virtual mobile network operator. A true startup, everything was pretty chaotic and the technical operation was thrown together using a total of 27 systems- and infrastructure suppliers. I was hired to help them go from this situation to a stable, professional telco operator. Which I did in 12 months ending up negotiating a deal and outsourcing the whole technical and infrastructure operation. Including my own position.

• Started out as a software developer for a few months in 1997, then promoted to Operations Manager, before starting as an Business Unit Manager after a merger between WebCat (former employees of EUNet Media) and Mogul Media. In this role I was responsible for building a new business unit that offered managed hosting, support, service and maintenance as well as testing.
