• MIS Executive | EBO Expense Management & Reporting
• Currently working as an MIS Executive, responsible for end-to-end management and reporting of daily expenses for 100+ Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). Handling and tracking outlet-wise costs including Rent, CAM, HVAC, Mall Infrastructure, Petty Cash, and other operational expenses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records on a daily basis.
• Maintain structured Excel-based MIS systems to record, validate, and consolidate EBO expenses. Prepare monthly expense summaries and payment reports using Pivot Tables, enabling clear visibility for management and finance teams. Ensure data accuracy, proper categorization, and timely reporting to support smooth payment processing and cost control.
• Additionally, manage franchise commission calculations based on monthly sales performance and predefined commission percentages. Prepare commission statements, verify sales data, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Actively involved in daily petty cash management for EBOs, maintaining detailed records, validating bills, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Focused on improving reporting efficiency, maintaining clean datasets, and supporting management with reliable, data-driven insights.
