I’m obsessed with fixing those points with practical systems: clear rubrics, measurable outcomes, and tools that feel like a superpower for talent teams while honoring the human on the other side of the screen. I also wrote “Alice in Corporateland” (Penguin Portfolio), because careers deserve plain-spoken advice and a bit of courage.
