About

Most designers are told growth is a marketing problem. It isn’t. It’s a product decision problem. I help designers and product teams understand why their work gets ignored, why features don’t get adopted, and why “good design” still fails to move the business. I’ve spent 15 years inside complex B2B SaaS products fixing the gap between shipping features and seeing results. Onboarding that confuses users. Value props no one remembers. Features that look great in decks and collect dust in production. That’s where most products quietly die. Here’s the part most designers aren’t told early enough: Design isn’t the job. It’s the disguise. The real job is shaping decisions. The real job is behavior. The real job is making usage inevitable. I work at the intersection of product, psychology, and revenue, designing systems that move users from curiosity to habit, and habit to retention. If a feature doesn’t get adopted, it’s not a feature. It’s debt. If usage happens once, it isn’t value. It’s noise. If users churn after trying your product, the issue isn’t missing features. It’s missing decisions. I write a weekly newsletter for designers who want their work to carry weight, influence outcomes, and actually move metrics. Join here: https://www.saasifyos.com/

Design table podcast

Co Host

  • The Design Table is a podcast for product people who are tired of shipping features no one uses. Each week, Tyler White and Nick (last name optional) break down the real decisions behind SaaS adoption, activation, and revenue outcomes — without the jargon or theory-drunk frameworks.
  • We talk about the messy middle of product design: aligning teams, proving value, removing friction, and turning product ideas into things users actually stick with and pay for. If you care more about results than Dribbble shots, pull up a chair.

  • Designed and launched a customer payment portal that increased adoption by requiring customers to add a payment method before accessing invoices, resulting in a 30% increase in on-time payments.
  • Reduced late payments and collections overhead by converting previously manual, supplier-driven billing workflows into a self-serve experience customers could complete independently.
  • Increased portal activation rates by improving onboarding clarity, surfacing the value proposition earlier, and reducing the number of steps required to pay outstanding invoices.
  • Supported migration from Stripe to Adyen while maintaining payment continuity, designing new error-handling flows and business logic previously handled automatically by Stripe.
  • Positioned the portal as a revenue enabler rather than a passive feature, reframing design discussions around cash flow impact instead of UI execution.
