• 1. Tokopedia Search Experience
• Improved the search experience for users by integrating data science models for attributes recognition via product titles and images. The attributes enhanced the ranking of results from elasticsearch on Search Result Page and led to an average 10% increase across categories in conversion via search
• Personalised search ranking and widget experience for buyers tailored to buyer demographics (gender, age, location), leading search to be Tokopedia’s main paid order contributor, increasing ads revenue, order and GMV in Tokopedia.
• 2. Tokopedia Seller Experience
• Led the development of a bulk product add/edit feature on the merchant dashboard that made it easier for sellers to manage listings. Within one year, 60% of products uploaded by sellers on Tokopedia were completed using bulk upload.

• 3. Special Project Initiatives - B2B
• Collaborated with DevOps to build an auto-rollback feature for the CI/CD pipeline that minimized downtime and manual intervention during deployment issues. The feature's success internally led to its rollout as a B2B service for tokopedia’s portfolio companies later.
• Implemented and expanded a unified loyalty system using Oracle Xstore, enabling customers to earn and redeem loyalty points across both online and in-store transactions with selected merchants, resulting in a $12 million revenue increase for participating brands.
• Left tokopedia to pursue MBA, but these 4.5 years were very amazing and given a chance would be happy to do all the things over again
