I’m the Founder of The Esports Club (TEC) — a platform and campus network built to help brands engage India’s Gen-Z and college audiences through gaming, esports, and youth-led programs. After 20+ years across global technology and consumer companies including Microsoft, AMD, NVIDIA, and Wipro, I started TEC to solve a structural problem: youth audiences are highly engaged, but access to them is fragmented, inconsistent, and difficult to execute at scale. Since 2019, we’ve been building what we internally call India’s Youth OS — a system that combines technology, on-ground execution, and creator ecosystems into a single operating model. At its core, the business is designed around repeatable infrastructure, not one-off campaigns.
