Throughout my career, I've not only contributed as an individual contributor but also built high-performing teams and frameworks from the ground up. I joined Freshworks in its early startup phase and have had the privilege of witnessing its growth into a scale-up organization. This journey has given me firsthand exposure to the complexities of scaling products, people, processes, and technology. My expertise lies in crafting software engineering solutions that span mobile apps, test engineering frameworks, productivity tools, and web services for SaaS platforms. Technologically, I have hands-on experience in building native apps and SDKs for Android and iOS, as well as test and deployment engineering platforms using tools like Java, Ruby, RESTAssured, Jenkins, Selenium, JMeter, TestNG, and RSpec. My web services expertise includes building scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and AWS infrastructure. Currently, I’m leading the development of a next-generation conversational customer support platform, leveraging AI/ML technologies and large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT, Claude, Assistants, and Amazon Bedrock. In addition, I’m spearheading the "AI-Assisted Engineering" initiative, which focuses on enabling engineers with the right set of AI tools for more effective and efficient engineering.
