• Contributed to design and implementation of Scout, a Windows application that captures contextual data from clicks and keystrokes using UI automation frameworks such as Microsoft UIA, MSAA, Win32, and Selenium. This tool was built using C++, C#, JavaScript, and Python to facilitate automated process discovery through machine learning models.
• Contributed to the design and implementation of a Golang micro-service that powered a customer-facing dashboard, displaying key statistics on process discovery.
• Led a proof-of-concept (POC) to migrate the entire product, which included over 20 micro-services, from a single-server Ansible deployment to a multi-node Kubernetes cluster managed with Helm charts.
• Developed a custom monitoring micro-service for proactive issue detection and prediction.
• Provided DevOps expertise for debugging issues on Linux servers and streamlining new deployments and upgrades.
• Automated critical workflows for a major insurance firm, resulting in the efficiency gains of six full-time employees.
• Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, linting, and code coverage across all relevant projects.
• Gave an organization-wide tech talk to promote the use of Emacs.
