• We built Servired from a couple of employees to more than 170, achieving $10 million in revenue within three years on a bootstrapped funding basis. During this time, I implemented several technologies and operational state-of-the-art techniques to optimize operations which led to a significant increase in margin. Servired was recognized by Forbes Poland in several occasions as one of the fastest growing logistics companies in the country.
