• Process the service request for the subordination in Mortgage. In the process of Mortgage, subordinate the loan and refinance on the property after checking all the documents and credit history of the Borrower. In absence of the Team Leader handling the team, manage queue, mentoring the new Associates and support them. Consolidate the daily Team report (like, Accuracy report, completion and Escalation report) and send to Reporting manager. Audit the Loans which is subordinated by new associates. Technology, Transport and Leaves SPOC of the process. Prepare Capacity Planning Bi-monthly or monthly of the process and report it to Management & MIS team. Analysis the team work on monthly basis and report out to Reporting Manager.
