• Expand network, build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Approach suitable candidates for the opening vacancies.
• Conduct interview with hiring managers and follow up the recruitment procedure.
• Discuss with candidates in order to complete the recruitment procedure (negotiate salary, consult the career path, …).
• Proactively contact partners for Employer Branding needs (universities: HUST, UT, DUT, UIT, US, UTE,...)
• Promote and coordinate internal and employer branding events.
• Key contact point to work with headhunt agencies.
