Helped in revamp of Groww's entire onboarding process to accommodate multi-tenancy through a orchestrator system.
This orchestrator system orchestrates the entire data collection journey through a template system, where in we can create templates for different journeys at runtime supporting multi-tenancy catering various products of Groww.
Each template outlines the data points to be collected, the order for collecting them, the modes of collection available, the necessary validations when submitting data, and the events to be triggered once a data point is accepted or when journey is completed.
Built 2 micro-services from scratch
Revamped the entire Pan collection flow with the integration of 2 major features to this step:
Auto Fetch Pan feature automatically retrieves the PAN number from user's mobile number, eliminating the need for users to remember or search for their PAN. This feature boosted the PAN funnel by 6%, resulting in a significant increase in overall onboarding conversion.
Auto Fetch Name feature retrieves the user's name from their PAN number, streamlining the process and eliminating the inconvenience of entering various name patterns for third-party validation.
Learnt and implemented various design patterns such as: MVC, Orchestration, Factory, Visitor and chain of responsibility design pattern.
