• Following are some of the initiatives I had contributed to as a senior principal engineer (architect) -
• Secure Card / Payment / Information Services - A set of microservices to enable secure processing of customer payments across [24]7's platforms. The work includes secure storage of payment information, integration with third-party payment providers, and integration with internal platform services to store and retrieve payment / any other confidential customer information. Complex authentication and authorization protocols and multi-factor auth & auth techniques were used to ensure confidentiality and security of the information being stored. Following are some of the technologies uses - Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Hazelcast, JWT, ReactJS, Vault by HashiCorp, and HAProxy.
• Whole Call Recording & Audio File Dissemination Platform - A highly distributed and fault-tolerant platform was built to record customer conversations with the [24]7 Speech platform. The platform handles the creation, storage, and distribution of audio files with a peak throughput of 3M conversations a day with an average conversation duration of 120s and an average audio file size of 1MB. Following are some of the technologies used - Java 8, Apache NiFi, Kafka, and NetApp NFS.
• Legacy Speech Reports Migration to a centralized Streaming Data Platform
• Third Party CTI / CRM / Voice Agent Desktop integration with [24]7 Speech

• Currently building a self-serve based data platform which democratizes the data. I am currently responsible for the overall architecture, design, and development of the product. I work with product teams and engineering leaders to understand the requirements and provides overall technical guidance to the team while equally contributing to the day to day development activities.

• During this period, I was a key contributor to the overhaul of one of the products and also built a product from the scratch for workforce optimization. Have been a key player in market research, design sprints and in providing overall architecture blueprint for the product.

• I was an early member of one of the differentiating products in the assisted service group. Built the initial version of the product all alone. The product was built to manage the performance of the agents by making use of machine learning. As a senior development engineer, I was the core developer of the product and majorly contributed to the overall development and maintenance.

• Had spent a year building solutions for their category expansions team. Contributed to some internal applications that help launch and manage categories across many marketplaces owned by Amazon. A key deliverable during this time was the Amazon India marketplace launch.

Designed and developed few of the new modules like RCO, RPO, RDSR & EAI for Regionalization. Re-Implemented entire scheduling framework for Regionalization.
