Key contributions include: Engineering Location-Aware Offers to enable pincode- and zone-specific targeting for smarter inventory utilization. Driving Price Lock feature development, which saw 275Cr+ GMV impact and a 156% uplift in V/UV. Revamping historical offer adoption logic, reducing reliance on defaults from 30% to 10%, and increasing accuracy of adoption rates—boosting GMV across key categories. Scaling Offer Automation Systems to support 2M+ requests in 10 minutes, increasing automation-driven GMV to 35% in fashion and mobiles. Enhancing platform observability, alerts, and dashboards for faster P0/P1 resolution. Previously at Standard Chartered, I led the development of a wallet-based escrow platform for a fintech client, rolled out as a “Payouts-as-a-Service” offering with a projected $1.5M in long-term revenue. I designed and implemented 25+ REST APIs, batch processors, and core services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MySQL.   • I led the engineering of Location-Aware Offers, extending the offer ecosystem with zonal and pincode-level intelligence by integrating Location Repository APIs and introducing Forced Regional Utilization (FRU).   • I played a key role in scaling the Offer Automation system to handle over 2 million requests in under 10 minutes, identifying bottlenecks, introducing async processing, and tuning Storm cluster resources. This effort significantly improved system availability and predictability under bursty, high-concurrency traffic.
  • During Big Billion Days, I contributed to the Price Lock feature, driving ₹275+ Cr in GMV. I owned the cross-service contract design and validation workflows, helping the feature reach a 64%+ redemption rate across verticals.
  • I also revamped the Offer Adoption Intelligence logic by transitioning to historical adoption values stored in HBase (Yak) via Sniper, improving offer relevance and accuracy. Additionally, I designed and built a reusable Optional Offers system, introducing a secondary Aerospike index and a Delayer Queue topology to ensure eventual consistency and improve BCD computation reliability.
  • I provided zero-downtime support during Flipkart’s BBD sale, ensuring system stability at 242K QPS (5.5x BAU traffic) and delivering critical production fixes across Offer Intelligence and Discovery platforms.
