• Leading multiple technology team @ Grab’s Digital Bank(GXS Bank) which powers the Digital Banking experience. I am currently leading following teams(engineers across location with multi nationality team on various technology) which are across Singapore & Bangalore Location. Tech stack are Golang, AWS, EKS, Android/iOS Native mobile app, React, Appian and many modern tech stack
• 1. Mobile Engineering Team - GXS is a digital bank and all the product that we build are shipped to customer through our GXS Mobile App. This is the team that builds, ships and maintains the mobile app.
• 2. CX & OPS Engineering Team - This team ensures our bank back offices operate digitally with minimal human resource to run the bank. This team builds, automate processes which can be done digitally and faster.
• 3. Loyalty Engineering Platform Team - This team has built the Loyalty platform which enables the bank to create a gamified loyalty programme. This enables other two banks in the region(MY/ID) to leverage on the same platform.
• 4. Ecosystem Engineering - This team work with our ecosystem partners and do seamless integration where Bank customer can safely transact at partner app and websites.

• I worked for consumer app team of OLA cabs. My roles and responsibilities includes
• ● Responsible for developing and improving Windows and iOS apps of OlaCabs, involving close coordination with Product, Quality Assurance and Design teams.

• ● Monitoring app store ratings and reviews and improve app stability.
