• As a member of the SAP CRM team, I play a key role in maintaining the health and performance of critical CRM systems. My daily responsibilities include conducting system health checks, monitoring incident queues—particularly for high-priority issues—and ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• I lead our team’s daily update calls, where I drive discussions, capture progress, and align on key agendas. Additionally, I perform data fixes and regularly follow up with team members to maintain up-to-date records in essential trackers and documentation.

• Working in a utility based project called Scottish Power, which is a prominent energy company in the UK, providing electricity and smart metering solutions to homes and businesses. As an Application Development Associate, I worked on DTS (Data Transfer Solution) which is an IDOC/flow monitoring tool and a third party system for SAP (since Scottish Power uses SAP for its business) and helps in exchanging information (like customer details etc.) from SAP to non-SAP systems and vice versa.
• My role was to work on Oracle SQL Developer using predefined queries to generate and represent any data or IDOCs flowing through DTS to SAP and vice versa. I did daily analysis of failed IDOCs and data flows in DTS, reported those. Regularly reported time-critical failures, regular check of KPIs and made sure to reduce the numbers as much as possible, reprocessed previous day failures, weekly submitted DTS file/flow slides for management meeting of Scottish Power. I also executed batching checks in DTS regularly.
