To achieve it, I was actively involved with product prioritization, organize teams demands, capacity / head count discussions, participate with the teams in architecture whiteboards, alignments and negotiations with other teams in the company, etc
Besides that, I'm part of productivity initiative inside my business area. And I do mentorships and interviews in hiring process (most architecture design), because I really believe that is an amazing opportunity to teach and learn (even as a mentor/interviewer) beyond of our work day-to-day.

Responsible for teams related to the merchant side, since the integration process, transaction and post payment (refunds, conciliation). I also managed a Developer Experience team.
During my period here, we create NuPay product since the first transaction, and later passing by the iFood and Uber integrations with NuPay. Resilience and scalability were some challenges we faced here.

An unique experience. Working in a fintech, I did what I have to do here. I coded a lot, countless whiteboard sessions, talked with a lot of merchants, partners, clients; guided the team; I made some mistakes, but mainly I learned a lot of Engineering, Management, Product, Quality, Design, CS, CX, Financial services, People, Hiring, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Comercial, and so on.
We created the first instant payment solution. After we implemented Pix since its launch, just few weeks before Black Friday, and it was a success!
What a incredible journey and amazing people. The result could not be different, Nubank saw us, believed in our product, our value, our people, and Spin Pay became NuPay for Business.
