• I lead the delivery and pre-sales of all digital services & managed services portfolio in Saudi Arabia, Egypt & Türkiye in full alignment with Ericsson service delivery and sales processes, models, and strategies. The volume is equal to half of Ericsson business in the Middle east & Africa.

• I led a multi-million dollars Virtualized Packet Core Program for OPTUS, delivered in ten data centers across whole Australia, built on top of Ericsson OpenStack (HDS). The program scope was to design, deploy several virtualized packet core nodes using EO/CEE/LCM, testing & verification, and live traffic migration and first instruction of 5G.
• I delivered a transformation program for Vodafone Australia, partnering with Cisco & F5 to build an IPN VNFs on top of VMware and HDS. The program included cloud network design, configuring & testing Cisco & F5 VNFs in the lab & production, and traffic migration.
• Also delivered full Core Network transformation Swap program from Nokia to Ericsson for Vodafone Australia, very complex solution with numerous of customizations and considerable amount of use cases verified in both Labs & productions via execution of thousands of test cases prior to the cutover and traffic migration with 100% success rate in all migration nights activities.

• Overall responsible for Ericsson business (Delivery & presales) in South Sudan for two main customers ensuring that all contractual deliveries and end to end operational performance towards are fulfilled to the agreed targets.
• Maintained a quality assurance rating of 98%, ensuring that deliverables met and exceeded industry standards and customers’ expectations.
• Enabled customers to realize significant business benefits, including improved system performance, enhanced security, & increased operational efficiency, resulting in a projected ROI of 25%.
• Implemented quality management processes resulting in a 30% reduction in service incidents and a 20% improvement in first-time fix rates.

• Successfully led one of the key Ericsson’s deals in North-east Africa, a break-in business opportunity for Ericsson in that region to deliver a full network transformation program to swap Huawei Core and charging system and build a green field 3G network.
• I played a crucial role to secure this business to Ericsson, moreover I was a main contributor in establishing Ericsson’s operations in Horn of Africa region.
• Successfully expanded service offerings to new regions, resulted in a 25% increase in revenue

• Led one of the strategic projects for Vodafone “Core Network Performance improvement & Life cycle management” to get the network ready for the VoLTE. I worked closely with multiple departments within the customer side and engaged with the C-levels in order to achieve the VoLTE network launch across the whole network.
• Completed the program six months ahead of the original timeline, meeting aggressive deadlines set by the customer which resulted in 25% improvement in the service margin.
• Successfully mitigated projects risks, resulting in zero major project delays or disruptions throughout the program lifecycle.

• I led RAN & Transmission network rollout projects for Zain & MTN in Sudan, included: 2G & 3G rollout, In-building solution, Network expansions, SW upgrade, BSCs & RNCs deployment & Network Quality of Service implementation.
• I also led Airtel Tchad network improvement program to prepare the network for the planned rebranding in 2010, I used to work closely with all other OpCos to deliver the program on time & expected outcome.
• Transform the rollout processes by implemented ways of working resulting in 25% reduction on overall activities timeline and improved cost efficiency.
