• In my current role at Recruiterflow as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I manage end-to-end recruitment, which involves understanding job requirements from stakeholders and posting jobs on the company's ATS platform, Recruiterflow, as well as on other portals like LinkedIn, Instahyre, Naukri, Indeed, IIM Jobs, and Wellsfound. I coordinate simultaneously with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that candidates are kept updated throughout the interview process. My role includes sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for both technical and non-technical positions.

• In my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wipro, I successfully sourced and screened candidates through various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed, coordinated interviews, and managed the candidate pipeline with regular follow-ups. I also maintained a strong social media presence to attract a broader talent pool, with a focus on client satisfaction. I was responsible for training new team members. Additionally, I routinely updated candidate details in the ATS platform iCIMS, tracked applicant statuses daily, and collaborated with other TA teams for candidate feedback. I conducted initial screenings, served as the primary point of contact for candidates and the backend TA team, and managed salary negotiations. Moreover, I led multiple projects simultaneously (2-3 at a time), overseeing teams of 4-5 members per project, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
