Currently leading Gracias Living as a CEO- Elder Care, a project very close to my heart and passion, that provides compassionate and personalised care for the elderly. With over 2 decades of experience in various sectors, I have developed a deep understanding of customer needs, expectations, and satisfaction across different touchpoints and channels. Before launching Gracias Living, I was part of the founding team and Head of Customer Experience and P&L at Spinny, one of India's leading online platforms for buying and selling used cars. There, I drove customer-centricity within the organisation and balanced customer needs with business goals, resulting in increased retention, loyalty, and profitability. I also handled multiple departments and responsibilities, including buying and selling, operations, and working capital management. Before Spinny, I also worked with Corporate giants Airtel and HCL. My mission at Gracias is to create a nurturing environment where seniors can thrive and live life to the fullest. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and empowering them to age with dignity and grace.
