Brand is the only growth lever that compounds across generations. I am a brand strategy and marketing leader with over a decade of experience working alongside founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to build and scale brands with clarity and intent. My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, go-to-market thinking, and organizational alignment, helping companies define what they stand for and ensure that brand, business, and growth priorities move together. Over time, my role has evolved from hands-on execution into setting direction, making strategic decisions, and enabling teams to deliver consistently. Currently, I serve as Partner & VP, Brand Strategy & Marketing at Red Baton, where I help build and scale the Brand Strategy practice with shared P&L ownership. I work with enterprise and high-growth organizations on brand positioning, identity systems, campaign direction, and change communications, in close partnership with leadership teams. Alongside this, I founded Chammach, a GTM and growth consulting firm, which strengthened my understanding of business ownership and reinforced the importance of grounding brand decisions in commercial reality. Gradually transitioning Chammach toward a lighter advisory model while focusing on senior brand strategy leadership. Over the next phase of my career, I am intentionally moving toward a full-time, in-house Brand Director role where I can steward brand equity over multiple years.
