With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I founded The Gig Pool, a company that specializes in hiring and managing gig workforce for organizations, specifically for IT, Marketing Strategy, and HR domains. We also provide project-based HR outsourcing solutions, from recruitment to separation, policy making, and HR system setup, for startups and established businesses alike. My passion is to drive people's priorities aligned with the business agenda and create a culture of diversity and inclusion. Our own team comprises of 50% PWD and women in the second innings, who do a splendid job in helping us with hiring exclusive DEI mandates. As a certified DISC, Emotional Intelligence, Human Lab(ISABS), NLP practitioner, and Master Trainer by Ibstpi, I design and implement leadership development programs for the organizations I work with. I also enjoy headhunting for senior roles and nurturing high-potential talent.
